Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino Announces Portfolio Of Cooking

Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino, a top authentic Asian destination in Las Vegas, announced its culinary portfolio today. Renowned restaurants Coy Palace and Dragon View's San Francisco Willie Ng consulted with Lucky Dragon to unlock the resort's five restaurant concepts. Ng's Coy Palace is widely considered one of the best dim sum restaurants in the Bay Area.

"My team and I have been consulting for Lucky Dragon since the early design stages of the project to ensure that the hotel's culinary collection provides the most authentic and cutting-edge Asian culinary experience in the country," Willie Ng said. "From quick service options for guests on the go to all-day cart service that we're proud of for a true dim sum experience, to an indoor outdoor tea garden, this truly will be the only destination for Asian culinary excellence in Las Vegas."

Lucky Dragon's newly appointed chief chef Phuoc Lu and executive chef Jackie Leung are also integral to the development of the culinary portfolio, and will oversee the launch and opening of all food and beverage venues in the accommodation. Chef Lu joins the Lucky Dragon team at Golden Nugget, where he was the executive chef, while chef Leung brings expertise from Palazzo.

"We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with Willie and his team to plan Lucky Dragon's culinary programming, and his expertise will be invaluable to Lucky Dragon's success," said Matt Harkness, Lucky Dragon's general manager. "With the addition of Chef Lou and Chef Leung to lead our day-to-day operations, we are able to provide the most authentic and innovative Asian culinary destination in Las Vegas."
